Ricarte National Shrine is honored to attend the special lecture of Prof. Ambeth Ocampo titled “The Moon, the Bishop and the Viper” held at Sitio Remedios Heritage Village on May 24, 2026, together with the inauguration of Amianan: Ilocos Norte Museum and Library. We are also proud that the portrait of Gen. Artemio Ricarte is among the notable displays at the museum, symbolizing his enduring contribution to Philippine history and patriotism. 🇵🇭✨
