STATUS UPDATE: SK WEB PORTAL COMPLIANCE 📊

We want to clarify that our SKs across Batan have successfully implemented their Projects, Programs, and Activities (PPAs) from last year.

Please be informed that they have already complied with and filled out Part 1 - PPAs of the portal. The current "Incomplete" status seen on the monitoring is specifically due to the ongoing digital encoding for Part 2 - Policies (Resolutions and Ordinances of 2025).

Our youth leaders are currently in the process of finalizing these policy forms on the portal. Let’s continue to support our SKs as they wrap up their documentation! 😊

Good news! 🎉 All barangays in Batan have successfully submitted Part 1 – Project Implementation (PPAs / GAP) in the SK Web Portal for the FY 2025 Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).👏 We commend the dedication and prompt action of the Sangguniang Kabataan officials in ensuring that their programs and initiatives for the youth are properly documented and reported.

However, based on the recent advisory from the National Youth Commission, an SK Council will only be considered fully compliant once both required components are completed**:

✅ Part 1 – Project Implementation (PPAs / GAP)
⏳ Part 2 – Policy Component

While Batan has already achieved 100% submission for Part 1, SK Councils are encouraged to complete Part 2 to ensure full compliance with the reporting requirements mandated under Republic Act No. 10742, which promotes transparency, accountability, and proper monitoring of youth development programs. As of March 16, 2026, 2 barangays have fully complied and we are awaiting for other barangays to do the same.

The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) is proud to announce that as of last Thursday, February 26, 2026, all 20 Sangguniang Kabataan of our Barangays have officially achieved 100% compliance. This milestone confirms that every SK has successfully posted its Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 in the NYC-SK Web Portal.

By documenting these accomplishments, our youth leaders are ensuring that the Sangguniang Kabataan remains transparent. We commend the following Barangays, together with their SK Chairpersons and all other SK Officials, for their dedication to excellence in our Municipality:

Last December 6, 2025, the Batan Sports Complex sparkled as we hosted the Batan Outstanding Youth Awards (BOYA) under the theme: "Batan Youth! Dungog ag Pag-eaum it Progresibong Banwa." This event honors young Batangnons who have made transformative impacts over the last five years, proving that our youth are truly the pride and hope of our town. We also took great pride in acknowledging our Batangnon Youth Board Passers (2023–2025), whose professional success serves as a powerful inspiration to us all.
