๐Ÿ”ด LIVE: NATIONAL ICT MONTH 2026: KAPIHAN SA DICT | 01 June 2026 โ˜•๏ธ

Samahan ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) MIMAROPA Regional Office sa opisyal na pagbubukas ng National ICT Month 2026.

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng ika-10 anibersaryo ng DICT ngayong Hunyo, tampok sa National ICT Month 2026 ang temang โ€œIsang Dekadang Digital: Konektado sa Puso at Serbisyo,โ€ na nagbibigay-pugay sa isang dekada ng pagsusulong ng digital transformation, pagpapaigting ng seguridad sa cyberspace, pagpapalawak ng connectivity, pagbubukas ng digital na opportunidad, at paghahatid ng mas mahusay na serbisyong digital para sa bawat Pilipino.

Pangungunahan ni Regional Director Emmy Lou V. Delfin at Assistant Regional Director Atty. Loveli Anne Publico ang pagbabahagi ng mga programa, inisyatiba, at tagumpay ng ahensya tungo sa mas konektado, ligtas, inklusibo, at digitally empowered na Bagong Pilipinas.

Bahagi ito ng pagtupad sa utos ng Pangulo na gawing mas bukas, mas malinaw, at mas accessible ang pamahalaan para sa bawat Pilipino, upang matiyak na walang Pilipinong maiiwan sa digital na pag-unlad.

The Municipality of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro continues to showcase the impact of the eLGU System implementation through remarkable growth in both revenue generation and business establishment renewals during the Business Permit Renewal Period.

Since the implementation of the ๐—ฒ๐—Ÿ๐—š๐—จ ๐—ฆ๐˜†๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฏ, the LGU achieved an impressive revenue increase from approximately โ‚ฑ9M in 2022 to โ‚ฑ21M in CY2026 โ€” reflecting an overall growth of around 133%.

The number of business establishments also steadily increased from 1,100 establishments in 2022 to 2,156 establishments in 2026 โ€” marking an estimated 96% growth in registered business renewals.

These milestones highlight the LGUโ€™s strong commitment to efficient, transparent, and technology-driven governance aligned with the goals of digital transformation and the Ease of Doing Business initiatives.

๐†๐Ž๐Ž๐ƒ ๐๐„๐–๐’: MAS PINALAPIT NA DIGITAL SERBISYO PARA SA MANGYAN COMMUNITY SA ORIENTAL MINDORO

Nahihirapan makisabay ang mga residente sa mga liblib na komunidad dahil sa layo, limitadong koneksyon at kakulangan sa kaalaman sa technology na nagiging hadlang sa agarang access serbisyong pampubliko.

Alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na palawakin ang inklusibo at accessible na digital government services, matagumpay na naihatid ng DICT Region IV-B MIMAROPA katuwang ang John Paul College, ang digital literacy at technology awareness sessions para sa Mangyan Community ng Sitio Dakutan, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.

Sa pamamagitan ng Project TANAW: Technology Awareness and Navigation of Government Apps for Community Welfare ng Computer Engineering Department, natutunan ng mga residente ang paggamit ng eGovPH Super App at iba pang government platforms para sa mas madaling access sa digital government services.

Dahil dito, mas naging handa at kumpiyansa ang komunidad sa paggamit ng eGovPH super app kabilang ang pag-akses ng digital IDs, trabaho, healthcare, education, at emergency assistance.

Patunay ito sa patuloy na pagsusumikap ng pamahalahaan na sugpuin ang digital divide at tiyaking walang Pilipino ang maiiwan sa digital na pagbabago, saang sulok man sila ng bansa.
