MaGUENNdang Buhay, Bayan ng Bauan! 💚

Ngayong ika-21 ng Agosto, ating ginugunita ang Ninoy Aquino Day bilang pag-alala sa kabayanihan, sakripisyo, at walang hanggang pagmamahal sa bayan ni Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.

Sa kabila ng mga pagsubok at panganib na kanyang hinarap, ipinakita ni Ninoy na ang tapang, paninindigan, at malasakit sa bayan ay kayang magsilbing liwanag sa panahon ng kaguluhan. Ang kanyang sakripisyo ay naging mahalagang bahagi ng kasaysayan ng pakikibaka para sa demokrasya at kalayaan ng ating bansa.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanyang halimbawa upang patuloy nating pahalagahan, ipagtanggol, at gamitin nang wasto ang mga kalayaan at karapatang ipinagkaloob sa atin.

Upon the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) after a thorough assessment of the possible effects brought about by the Southwest monsoon, and the approval of Mayor Wendah Katrina Rivera-Dolor, the SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS, both in public and private schools, tomorrow August 20, 2026 is hereby declared in the Municipality of Bauan.

All schools are hereby directed to implement the appropriate alternative learning modalities, including modular distance learning or online learning to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of education and at the same time safeguarding the welfare of learners, teaching personnel and school staff.

The public is advised to remain vigilant, closely monitor official weather advisories issued by the appropriate government agencies, and observe all necessary preparedness and safety measures at all times.
