SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan. Northeasterly Windflow affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon.

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. (Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains).

Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, and Marinduque will have cloudy skies with rains due to Northeasterly Windflow (Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains)

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms (Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms).

The northern and eastern sections of Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds from the Northeast with moderate to rough seas (2.1 to 3.4 meters).

Palawan and Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.1 meters).

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds from the Northeast to Northwest with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.1 meters).
