𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

COL RONILO G DESINGAÑO INF (GSC) PA, Provincial Director of the 401CDC, 4RCDG, RESCOM, PA, together with the Organic Personnel and Enlisted Reservists of this Center conducted a paid courtesy call to 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐕. 𝐏𝐞𝐣𝐢, 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬, as part of the Center’s continuing efforts to strengthen coordination and foster meaningful partnerships with local government units.

The engagement provided an opportunity to discuss and reinforce cooperation on Reserve Force affairs, community support, disaster preparedness and response, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR), and other initiatives that contribute to the safety, security, and resilience of the local community.

A key part of the discussion was the importance of 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 among the Philippine Army, Local Government Unit, Reservists, Accredited Community Disaster Volunteers (ACDVs), and other community stakeholders.

Through a strong network of partners, the 401CDC continues to support efforts that promote a 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲—𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝.

COL RONILO G DESINGAÑO INF (GSC) PA, Provincial Director of the 401st CDC , 4RCDG, RESCOM, PA, together with the Organic Personnel and Enlisted Reservists of the Center, paid a courtesy call to Hon. Antonio Jose A. Barcelon, Municipal Mayor of Nasugbu, Batangas.

The engagement aimed to strengthen communication, coordination, and cooperation between the 401CDC and the Municipal Government of Nasugbu, particularly on Reserve Force affairs, community support, disaster preparedness and response, HADR, and other areas of mutual interest.

The activity also highlighted the important role of Accredited Community Disaster Volunteers (ACDVs) in strengthening community-level communication, information sharing, and coordination with the Reserve Force and local stakeholders.

Through strong partnerships among the Philippine Army, Local Government Unit, Reservists, ACDVs, and the community, we build a more prepared, resilient, and responsive Nasugbu.

On 31 August 2026, COL RONILO G DESINGAÑO INF (GSC) PA, Provincial Director of the 401st Community Defense Center (401CDC), 4RCDG, RESCOM, PA, together with LTC GERARDO M CREAG PA (RES), Battalion Commander of the 401st Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (401RRIBn), joined the Floral Offering Ceremony commemorating National Heroes Day 2026 at Plaza Rizal, Brgy 4, Balayan, Batangas.

The ceremony served as a solemn tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering love of country demonstrated by our national heroes. Their lives remind us that true heroism is not measured by recognition, but by the willingness to serve, sacrifice, and stand for the welfare of others.

For the Philippine Army and its Reserve Force, honoring our heroes means carrying their legacy forward through dedication to duty, readiness, discipline, and service to the Filipino people. Every act of service, no matter how small, becomes part of the continuing story of our nation.

Today, we remember those who came before us. Tomorrow, we continue what they started.

May the courage of our heroes inspire us to serve with HONOR, PATRIOTISM, and SELFLESSNESS, and may their legacy continue to guide every Filipino in building a stronger and better Philippines.
