In a continuous effort to ensure the health, wellness, and operational readiness of the 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙂𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙜 (𝘾𝙂𝘿𝙎𝙏𝙇) personnel through 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐛-𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐓𝐋 (𝐍𝐒𝐒𝐔-𝐒𝐓𝐋) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐒𝐓𝐋 (𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐒-𝐒𝐓𝐋), successfully conducted a two (2) day 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝒀𝑨𝑲𝑨𝑷 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒏 from 𝟬𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟬𝟮 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at HCGDSTL, Brgy Sta Clara, Batangas City.

This collaborative healthcare initiative was made possible through the strong partnerships with 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒔 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 (𝑩𝒂𝒕𝑴𝑪), 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝑴𝑪–𝑩𝒂𝒕𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝑼 𝑩𝑼𝑪𝑨𝑺 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑰𝑽-𝑩.

A total of 𝒕𝒘𝒐 𝒉𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒚 𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 (𝟐𝟐𝟖) dedicated CGDSTL personnel received essential medical checkups, primary care screenings, and vital health updates aimed at early disease prevention and comprehensive health preservation.

𝕃𝕆𝕆𝕂: The 𝐍𝐒𝐒𝐔-𝐒𝐓𝐋 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐒-𝐒𝐓𝐋 conducted a 𝑯𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒔 𝑩 𝑽𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚 today, 𝟏𝟔 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐂𝐆𝐃𝐒𝐓𝐋 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲. The activity commenced with an informative lecture on Hepatitis B, enhancing awareness on its transmission, prevention and importance of immunization.

The activity was graced by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒓𝒏𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒐, 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒍 𝑨𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒛𝒂, 𝑹𝑴 𝑱𝒖𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒐 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒂, 𝑹𝑵 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑱𝒆𝒃𝒆𝒍 𝑹𝒊𝒂 𝑮𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒔𝒐, 𝑹𝑵 whose presence highlighted the significance of preventive healthcare and sustaining the welfare of frontline responders and uniformed personnel.

A total of 𝟏𝟏𝟑 𝐂𝐆𝐃𝐒𝐓𝐋 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 received the Hepatitis B vaccine during the activity. Through this initiative, CGDSTL continues to uphold the health, safety, and operational readiness of its personnel, ensuring they remain resilient and mission ready in service to the community and the nation.

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆: After responding to a maritime emergency yesterday (01 May 2026), involving a man overboard at the vicinity waters off Isla Verde, 𝙉𝙎𝙎𝙐-𝙎𝙏𝙇 personnel took part in a 𝙋𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙜.

Said activity aims to support responders in processing their experiences after a high-stress emergency. It focuses on 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡 involved in the successful response.
