ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:

The measure is in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and poor air quality in the NCR caused by haze from severe forest and peatland fires in Kalimantan and Sumatra, Indonesia.

Localized cancellation or suspension of classes in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives.

Ngayong araw, Agosto 24, 2026, sa ating isinagawang Flag Ceremony, nagbigay ng mensahe ang ating Punong Barangay, Hon. Edmund Caraig, at inilahad ang mga accomplishments, programa, proyekto at aktibidad na naisakatuparan ng Barangay Concepcion ngayong buwan ng Agosto.

Patunay ito ng patuloy na pagtutulungan ng ating mga Barangay Officials, kawani, volunteers, at mga residente upang maihatid ang mga serbisyong nararapat para sa ating komunidad. 💙

📢 PAALALA SA LAHAT NG RESIDENTE NG BARANGAY CONCEPCION

Para sa mga kukuha ng BARANGAY CLEARANCE, kinakailangan pong magdala ng litrato (picture) na nagpapakita ng tamang segregation ng basura sa inyong tahanan o establisyemento.

Ito po ay alinsunod sa Barangay Ordinance No. 4, Series of 2024, na nag-aatas sa lahat ng establisyemento, kabahayan at residente ng Barangay Concepcion na maghiwalay o mag-segregate ng nabubulok, hindi nabubulok at iba pang uri ng basura bago ma-isyu o mabigyan ng Barangay Clearance.

⚠️ MAHALAGANG PAALALA:
Ang mga residente na nasa listahan ng mga hindi nakapagbigay ng picture ng tamang waste segregation noong mga nakaraang pagkuha ng Barangay Clearance ay hindi muna mabibigyan ng panibagong Barangay Clearance hangga’t hindi nakakapagpakita ng kinakailangang picture bilang patunay ng pagsunod sa waste segregation.

♻️ Makikiisa po tayo sa pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at tamang pamamahala ng basura sa ating barangay.

Isang pasasalamat sa ating Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. (BBM) para sa tulong sa ilalim ng Assistance for Barangay-Identified Development Priorities. 🇵🇭

Sa pamamagitan nito, naisakatuparan ang pagbili ng bagong laptop para sa Barangay Hall at 100 pirasong monoblock chairs na magsisilbing dagdag na kagamitan para sa ating mga programa, aktibidad, pagpupulong at iba pang serbisyo para sa ating mga kabarangay.

Ang mga kagamitang ito ay malaking tulong upang higit pang mapabuti at mapabilis ang ating paghahatid ng serbisyo publiko. 🤝

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
