Designed to accelerate local digital governance, the intensive workshop gathered municipal administrators, IT personnel, and key department heads to transition core public services onto the eGov PH ecosystem. Participants were trained on configuring system parameters, managing administrative permissions, and onboarding essential local services such as the Business Permits and Licensing System (BPLS), Barangay Clearance, Local Civil Registry, and real property tax processing.

Throughout the four-day activity, the technical team established the back-end system setup necessary for seamless, paperless, and contactless public transactions. Department staff engaged in simulated live runs to test citizen application approvals, document generation, and integrated digital payment processing.

By finalizing the setup and upskilling key personnel, the training positioned LGU Maragondon to launch accessible online services through the eLGU portal and eGov PH app, drastically reducing processing times, minimizing administrative red tape, and modernizing public service delivery for its residents.
