Del Rosario, for the official launch of the Project Police Advisers and Liaisons in Schools (Project PALS) in support of the Batangas PPO IMPLAN โ€œSafe Campus 2026."

The initiative highlighted the shared commitment of the Philippine National Police, the school, parents, and the community to ensuring the safety, protection, and well-being of every learner. It also strengthened collaboration in promoting discipline, vigilance, and responsible citizenship within the school environment.

As part of the program, learners actively participated in informative discussions on anti-bullying and other school safety and security concerns.
