The Municipality of Bataraza is proud to be one of the 4 selected LGUs to be awarded the Balangay Seal of Excellence from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). Last May 20,2026 at 3rd Floor Municipal Hall, Bataraza, Palawan.

This prestigious award is in recognition of the strong and effective implementation of our programs against illegal drugs, and the joint efforts of the local government, police, barangay, and citizens for a safe, disciplined, and drug-free Bataraza.

Being among the few selected LGUs in the province is proof of our dedication, concern, and true service for the welfare of everyone.
