FROM BASIC TO MASTERY: ABACA CROCHET SKILL ENHANCEMENT
Held on March 17โ19, 2026 at the 2nd Floor LGU Bato Lobby, Libod Pob., Bato, Catanduanes, this activity became a meaningful venue for learning, creativity, and skills development in abaca crochet.
This successful undertaking was made possible through the collaboration of DTI, LGU Bato, and TESDA, with the shared goal of empowering participants and enhancing their skills from basic to advanced abaca crochet techniques.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants for their effort, enthusiasm, and active participation throughout the 3-day training. Your dedication and willingness to learn truly made this activity successful and inspiring.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to Ms. Darlene T. Balmadrid, TESDA Accredited Trainer, for generously sharing her expertise, knowledge, and guidance in helping the participants improve their crochet skills.
Special thanks as well to Bato Municipal Mayor Juan T. Rodulfo for his support to this activity; to Engr. Franklin T.
