The Diocesan Commission on Liturgy and Worship invites the faithful of the Vicariate of Bato to a Basic Formation on the Liturgy on 25 July 2026 (Saturday), at 7:30 AM, to be held at the Bato Heritage Church, Bato, Catanduanes.

This formation seeks to deepen our understanding, appreciation, and active participation in the sacred liturgy of the Church, allowing us to rediscover the beauty and meaning of our worship and prayer. May this gathering inspire us to become more faithful servants of the liturgy and witnesses of Christ’s presence in the life of the Church.

The St. John the Baptist Parish, in partnership with the Municipality of Bato and with the generous sponsorship of ARDCI Foundation Inc., warmly invites couples to participate in the Mass Wedding Celebration this September 2026 and receive the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony.

Couples who wish to solemnize and bless their union before God are encouraged to register at the Bato Municipal Civil Registrar's Office or at the Parish Office.

As stated in Diocesan Circular No. 0024, s. 2026, the Old Roman Catholic Church and MSSPP are not authorized to conduct Catholic ministries or administer sacraments within the Diocese.

Let us remain steadfast in our communion with the Church, united with our Bishop and the Magisterium, and continue to seek the truth in faith, charity, and obedience.

OFFICIAL ADVISORY

For the safety and welfare of all participants, and in coordination with the MDRRMO and Coast Guard Catanduanes, the schedule of the Fluvial Procession in honor of St. John the Baptist has been adjusted.

The Holy Mass will be celebrated at 6:00 a.m., followed immediately by the Fluvial Procession.

We invite all the faithful and devotees to join us in prayer and thanksgiving as we continue our celebration of the Nativity of our beloved Patron, St. John the Baptist. May this sacred observance deepen our faith and strengthen our communion as one parish family.
