๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ, ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ - August 26, 2026 - In line with the continuous implementation of the Bureau of Fire Protection's operational readiness program, the Bato Fire Station duty personnel under the leadership of ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐๐น๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ผ, ๐๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ค๐ช๐ฑ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ช๐ณ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ด๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ, conducted AOR Polishing, cleaning and maintenance of firefighting apparatus and personal protective equipment (PPE), and Driver Pump Operator (DPO)/Fire Truck Operator (FTO) operational readiness activity.
The AOR polishing was undertaken to promote a clean, orderly, and safe environment within the workplace while strengthening fire safety awareness in the community. Routine inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of firefighting apparatus and PPE's were carried out to ensure that all equipment remains serviceable and ready for immediate deployment during emergencies. Likewise, Driver Pump Operator or Fire Truck Operator operational readiness activities were conducted to verify the preparedness of personnel and vehicles, ensuring prompt and efficient emergency response at all times.
Through regular inspections of firetrucks, the Bato Fire Station reinforces preventive maintenance practices, minimizes the risk of equipment failure, and guarantees the reliability of its firefighting apparatus during emergency operations.
