Red Teaming and Spot Inspection by the Duty Officer, PRO

September 5, 2026, PLT SUBANG, Duty Officer of PRO 8, conducted a Red Teaming and Spot Inspection of the duty Mobile Patrollers and Beat Patrollers deployed at Brgy. Iniguihan, Bato, Leyte.

The inspection focused on validating personnel compliance with Letter of Instruction (LOI) β€œTamang Bihis,” checking the attendance and deployment of personnel on duty, and inspecting PNP personnel assigned outside the police station who were performing patrol and security coverage duties within the area.

PLT SUBANG also inspected the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall condition of the police station, as well as personnel preparedness and compliance with existing operational and administrative directives.

Personnel of the Bato Municipal Police Station, under the direct supervision of PCPT RONNEL B CAWILI, Officer-in-Charge, conducted Oplan Bandilyo in Barangay Bagongbayan, Bato, Leyte.

The activity was conducted to address public safety concerns and disseminate information on Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) guidelines, as well as safety measures against drowning and stabbing/hacking incidents.

This initiative aimed to raise public awareness, strengthen community preparedness, and encourage active public cooperation in maintaining peace, order, and safety within the community.

The materials covered topics including: the Anti‑Illegal Drugs Campaign; Executive Order No. 70 (ELCAC); child‑focused cybercrime awareness; the Anti‑Rape Law (Republic Act No. 8353); the 911 Emergency System; prohibitions on illegal cockfighting and e‑sabong; the Anti‑Terrorism Financing campaign; DILG guidelines; r**e awareness; crime prevention safety tips; and the P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030.
