Please be informed that there will be a temporary interruption of water supply due to an emergency pipeline repair.

Affected Areas:
- Nasa
- Daang-Bakal
- Zone 7, San Vicente

The interruption will take effect immediately and will last until the repair works are completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and advise all affected residents to store enough water for needs. our team is working to restore the water service as soon as possible.

Water supply is gradually returning to normal. However, some areas may still experience low pressure while the system stabilizes.

ATTENTION!!!📢📢

This is to inform all consumers that the Bato Water District Pumping Station No. 1, located at Zone 3, San Vicente Bato Camarines Sur was temporarily shut down today due to technical issues in the pumping system. This may result in low water pressure or temporary water interruption in affected areas.
Our technical team is currently conducting an emergency pull-out and repair of the affected equipment. Water service will return to normal operation once the repair is completed.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we work to restore the water supply as soon as possible.

The management informs all BWD consumers that some service areas may experience low water pressure and possible water supply interruption due to decreasing water level of aquafer at the pumping stations caused by the significant weather condition affecting the ground water source. In that case, we advise all residents to store enough water for household needs. Rest assured that our technical team is closely monitoring the situation and implementing some necessary measure to maintain continuous water service.

This is a precautionary measure we strongly advise ahead as the typhoon approaches. Good evening po ka ngamin na taga Bato. Gusto po namo ipaisi kaninyo na agko po nguwan mga area na maluya a bulos ka tubig. Subago po nagpalibot na 1pm migka agko po maintenance activity na gigibuhon sadto Pump 1 ngani po maisihan kin tauno po maluya pressure ka tubig. Hanggang nguwan po dipa po tapos su pag repair. Salamat po.
