Nilinaw ng National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) na walang ibinibigay na ATM card sa mga senior citizens para magamit sa pagkuha ng anumang ayuda, cash gift, o pensyon.

Kasunod ito ng kumakalat na video online ng isang content creator na sinasabing aprubado na umano ang ATM card sa bawat older person sa buong bansa.

𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗖𝗦𝗖 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗻𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿.

Nais linawin ng Komisyon na ang bank transfer na sinisimulang isagawa sa mga piling rehiyon ay isa lamang opsyon ng mga senior citizens para makuha ang kanilang P10K o P100K cash gift sa ilalim ng Expanded Centenarians Act (ECA).

Layon ng bank transfer system na mapabilis ang pag-claim ng mga regalo para sa mga tumuntong sa milestone ages na 80, 85, 90, 95, at 100.

Muling nagbabala ang NCSC laban sa mga kumakalat na maling impormasyon, online man o hindi, tungkol sa mga programa at benepisyo para sa mga senior citizens.

Magtungo lamang sa opisyal na social media pages ng NCSC para sa updates at direktang makipag-ugnayan sa opisina ng Komisyon kung may katanungan tungkol sa mga programa ng pamahalaan.

Makatutulong ang pagpaparehistro sa paglikha at pagsasaayos ng mga angkop na programa at serbisyo ng pamahalaan para sa mga senior citizens.

First Quarterly Meeting 2026 with Barangay Senior Citizens Presidents

The First Quarterly Meeting for 2026 was successfully held on Friday, January 9, 2026, with the Barangay Senior Citizens Presidents of Bauan, with Mayor Wendah Katrina Rivera-Dolor in attendance. Discussions focused on programs, plans, and initiatives aimed at strengthening services and support for our senior citizens.

Together, we continue working toward compassionate and meaningful service for every senior citizen.

1,000 ChariTimba Food Packs for Bauan Senior Citizens!

Ang PCSO, kasama ang Pamahalaang Lokal ng Bauan, ay nag-abot ng 1,000 food packs sa ating mga senior citizens noong Dec 5, 2025 sa Mini Coliseum, Pob. IV. Kasama rin ang pagkilala sa 20 scholars na nagpakita ng kahusayan sa akademiko.

Tagumpay ang Senior Citizens Month Celebration sa Bauan!

Apat na daang senior citizens ang nakiisa noong Oktubre 17, 2025, kung saan ipinamahagi rin ang Senior Cash Incentives (SCI) sa ating nakatatandang kababayan. Napuno ng kasiyahan ang araw sa mga inihandang programa, donasyon, at raffle prizes.

Maraming salamat sa suporta ng Mayor Wendah Rivera-Dolor, Vice Mayor Ronald Cruzat, Sangguniang Bayan, at mga sponsors sa matagumpay na selebrasyon!
