"An Ordinance to Protect Minors and the Public from Alcohol-Related Harms by Regulating Access, Marketing, and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages Providing Penalties, Intervention Measures, and Appropriations Thereof"
PROHIBITED ACTS:
1. Sale or Distribution of Alcoholic Beverages to Minors.
2. Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages by Minors (This includes attempted, frustrated, and consummated purposes.)
3. Consumption by Minors in Public or Private Settings, except for instances expressly allowed under cultural traditions or religious rites.
4. Facilitating Minor Access to Alcoholic Beverages (Enabling)
5. Prohibited Marketing and Sales Near Child Zones.
6. Falsification of Age or Identity.
7. Failure to Present Identification Card upon Request/ Before the Sale.
