Job well done to our Ginoong Paringao 2025 Mr. Mark Jhosh Russell Carlos on your 4th Runner Up finish at last night's Modelo Turismo Pilipinas 2026.

He is the youngest and most amateur (he hasn't joined any national competition, this is his first) among the 31 contestants, beating veteran models/gents.

Thank you for representing our barangay and of course our Province of La Union.
