THE SK NAGREBCAN RECOGNIZED AS TOP 30 FINALIST IN THE LA UNION YES AWARDS 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Nagrebcan successfully presented Project Footprint during the Agtutubo Fair held at the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center on August 21, 2025.

This presentation was conducted following the project’s selection as one of the Top 30 Finalists for the Best SK Project category under the La Union YES Awards 2026.

The Agtutubo Fair served as a provincial platform for finalist councils to showcase innovative youth-led community initiatives and exchange best practices in local governance.

The SK Council of Nagrebcan extends its gratitude to the Provincial Government of La Union, the Local Youth Development Office of Bauang, the event organizers, and the community of Barangay Nagrebcan for their continued support.

HOUSE-TO-HOUSE RELIEF DISTRIBUTION | August 4, 2026

Despite the continuous heavy rains brought by the Low Pressure Area (LPA) and the Orange Rainfall Warning affecting La Union, the Sangguniang Kabataan ti Barangay Nagrebcan remained committed to serving our community.

Ngayong hapon, nagsagawa ang SK Officials ng house-to-house relief distribution upang personal na maihatid ang relief goods sa mga kabataang benepisyaryo at pamilyang naapektuhan ng walang tigil na pag-ulan. Kahit maputik ang mga daan at patuloy ang pagbuhos ng ulan, hindi ito naging hadlang para maihatid ang tulong sa mga nangangailangan.

We believe that public service doesn’t stop when the weather gets worse. Mas lalo kaming tinatawagan na kumilos at tumulong sa oras na kailangan kami ng aming komunidad. Every relief pack we handed out carries not only essential goods but also hope, care, and the spirit of bayanihan.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng patuloy na nagtitiwala at sumusuporta sa aming mga programa. Rest assured that the Sangguniang Kabataan ti Barangay Nagrebcan will continue to serve with dedication, compassion, and a genuine heart—especially during difficult times.

FOOTWEAR DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM👟👟

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Nagrebcan invites all eligible youth to our Footwear Distribution Program on June 28, 2026 (Sunday), 9:00 AM at the Barangay Nagrebcan Covered Court.

📢PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELLOW:

✅This program is STRICTLY for youth aged 15–30 years old only.

✅• First come, first served. Limited pairs are available.

✅• The recipient must be physically present. Parents, guardians, relatives, or representatives are not allowed to claim the footwear on behalf of the beneficiary.

✅• One person = One registration. Each participant must personally sign the registration form.

✅• Signing or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

✅• These guidelines are strictly implemented to ensure a fair and orderly distribution for everyone who takes the time to come and personally participate.

🔄• Please bring a valid ID or any proof of age, if requested, for verification.

We kindly ask for everyone’s cooperation in following these guidelines so that the distribution remains fair, organized, and gives every eligible youth an equal opportunity to receive a pair of footwear.
