With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we join the family, friends, and constituents of Barangay Payocpoc Sur in mourning the untimely passing of our beloved SK Chairperson,
Hon. Migue Vincent P. Soriano
(May 19, 2000 – May 15, 2026).

A young leader whose life was rooted in service, compassion, and genuine concern for the youth and the community, Hon. Migue Vincent dedicated his time and energy in fulfilling his duties as SK Chairperson with passion and sincerity. Despite his young age, he carried the responsibilities of leadership with humility, commitment, and a heart that always sought to uplift others. Through every project, activity, and initiative he pursued, he showed what it truly means to serve selflessly.

Beyond his title and achievements, he will always be remembered for his cheerful personality, warm smile, and the positive energy he brought wherever he went. He had the rare ability to make people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. His laughter, kindness, and genuine presence became a source of light to many, especially to the youth he inspired and guided.

His passing leaves a painful void not only in Barangay Payocpoc Sur but also in the hearts of all the people whose lives he touched. Though his journey was cut short, the impact of his leadership and the memories he created with his community will continue to live on. His dedication to public service and his unwavering spirit will remain an inspiration to future youth leaders who aspire to serve with the same sincerity and heart.

Today, we do not only grieve the loss of a public servant — we grieve the loss of a friend, a mentor, a youth leader, and a beautiful soul who gave so much of himself for others.

May we remember Hon. Migue Vincent not for the years he lost, but for the meaningful life he lived and the countless lives he inspired in such a short time.

Interested applicants must meet the following qualifications:
-Must be a resident of Bauang
-Must be at least 30 years old and below
-Duly accomplished GIP Application Form
-Birth Certificate (PSA-issued)
-Transcript of Record & Diploma
-Barangay Certificate indicating residency/Indigency

Applicants may submit their application form at PESO Bauang, Rebullos St., Central East, Bauang, La Union.

Important Reminders:
-Applicants must submit the complete requirements before submission.
-Deadline of submission May 10,2026 ( 7am to 6pm).
