In accordance with DepEd Order No. 23, s. 2015, titled "Student-Led School Watching and Hazard Mapping," which mandates the active involvement of learners in identifying and addressing hazards and risks within the school environment, Obillo Elementary School conducted its school watching and hazard mapping activity on August 12, 2026.
The SWT utilized the School Watching Checklist to systematically identify potential hazards and risk areas throughout the school premises. The team conducted a thorough walkthrough of each classroom, office, play area, garden, and open area, documenting any hazardous and high-risk zones. SWT also suggest some solutions that they can do to lessen and give awareness to their co-learners regarding the hazards and risks within the school premises.
Pictorial evidence and program of activities are attached herein to support the veracity of the activity.
