Day 01

Isang makabuluhang araw ng pagkatuto, pagpapalakas ng kakayahan, at pagpaplano para sa mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan sa pagsisimula ng Legislative Capacity Enhancement and Strategic Planning Workshop.

Para sa unang araw ng workshop, tampok ang paksa na “Effective Legislative Sessions Management and Parliamentary Procedures,” na naglalayong higit na mapahusay ang kaalaman at kasanayan sa maayos na pamamahala ng sesyon, wastong proseso ng deliberasyon, parliamentary procedures, at epektibong pagsasagawa ng mga gawaing lehislatibo.

Naging tagapagsalita para sa mahalagang talakayang ito sina MLGOO Ng Bay, Laguna G. JAYSON L. CHAVEZ at MLGOO Ng Lobo, Batangas G. BRIAN B. BALLON na nagbahagi ng kanilang kaalaman at karanasan upang makatulong sa pagpapalakas ng legislative competence ng mga kalahok.

Groundbreaking Ceremony – Construction of the New Multi-Purpose Building at Dila Evacuation Center

Sa pangunguna ng ating Punong Bayan Kgg. Michael M. Punzalan, matagumpay na isinagawa ang Groundbreaking Ceremony para sa pagpapatayo ng isang multi-purpose building sa Dila Evacuation Center—isang makabuluhang hakbang tungo sa pagkakaroon ng mas ligtas, mas maayos, at mas handang komunidad sa panahon ng sakuna at iba’t-ibang emerhensya.

Ang proyektong ito ay hindi lamang pagtatayo ng isang gusali. Ito ay isang kongkretong pagpapakita ng malasakit at responsableng pamamahala na naglalayong mabigyan ang ating mga mamamayan ng ligtas, maayos, at maaasahang lugar na kanilang mapupuntahan sa oras ng pangangailangan.

Ang nasabing gusali ay magsisilbing mahalagang bahagi ng ating disaster preparedness and response effort—isang pasilidad na magbibigay ng proteksyon, seguridad at kaginhawahan sa mga pamilyang maaaring maapektuhan ng kalamidad.
Higit sa lahat, ang proyektong ito ay simbolo ng pagkakaisa at sama-samang pagkilos para sa kapakanan ng bawat mamamayan. Ito ay hindi lamang para sa kasalukuyan, kundi para rin sa mas ligtas at mas matatag na kinabukasan ng ating komunidad.

Taglay ang tunay na malasakit sa paglilingkod, patuloy na isinusulong Ng ating Punong Bayan ang mga proyektong may pangmatagalang pakinabang at direktang naglalayong protektahan ang buhay, kabuhayan, at kapakanan ng ating mga kababayan.
Isang hakbang para sa kaligtasan. Isang magandang proyekto para sa kinabukasan. Isang matatag na komunidad para sa mga Bayeños.

Kaayusan Ng ikatlong pagpupulong na pinangunahan ng ating Punong Bayan Kgg. Michael M. Punzalan kasama ang Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal bilang kalihim.
Ang pangunahing layunin ng pagpupulong na ito ay pagtutulungan at koordinasyon. Nagsama-sama dito ang mga opisyal ng lokal na pamahalaan, Pambayang Lupon ng Kaayusan at Katahimikan, Konseho Laban sa Ilegal na Droga, mga pulis, Kawanihan ng Pamatay-Sunog, mga lider ng komunidad at mga organisasyon ng lipunang sibil upang talakayin, planuhin at tugunan ang mga isyu tungkol sa kaligtasan, seguridad, kapayapaan at ilegal na droga sa loob ng munisipalidad.
Layunin din nitong mapalakas ang kooperasyon at ugnayan ng bawat sektor upang makabuo ng mga kongkretong hakbang at solusyon para sa isang mas ligtas, maayos at mapayapang komunidad.
