Isa sa mga insentibong ibinibigay sa mga rehistradong Barangay Micro Business Enterprises (BMBEs) ay ang Minimum Wage Law Exemption, alinsunod sa BMBE Act of 2002.

Mahalagang tandaan:
βœ”οΈ Ang exemption ay epektibo lamang kapag may valid na BMBE Certificate of Authority ang negosyo.
βœ”οΈ Ang mga empleyado ay nananatiling may karapatan sa mga mandatory government benefits gaya ng SSS, PhilHealth, at Pag-IBIG.
βœ”οΈ Ang exemption ay naaangkop lamang sa mga empleyadong na-hire matapos maging rehistradong BMBE ang negosyo.

Ang BMBE Certificate of Authority ay may bisa sa loob ng dalawang (2) taon.

Kung nananatiling kwalipikado ang iyong negosyo bilang BMBE, maaari mo itong i-renew bago o pagkatapos ng expiration upang patuloy na ma-enjoy ang mga benepisyo ng programa.

Huwag hayaang mapaso ang iyong registration!
