This initiative aims to provide financial assistance to the indigent students of Barangay M.H. del Pilar, Bayambang, Pangasinan (COMBINED monthly income of PHP 15,000 and below).

📂 APPLICATION PROCESS
Starting today, June 9, 2026, you may submit your application for the Barangay M.H. del Pilar Student Financial Assistance Program (A.Y. 2026-2027) through online forms OR through face-to-face submissions every Saturday or Sunday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) at the Brgy. M.H. del Pilar Multi-Purpose Hall.

📎The requirements will be used for the evaluation and selection of qualified beneficiaries
📎The financial assistance will be given once a year
📎The financial assistance will be given to one student per qualified household (Isang estudyante lamang sa bawat pamilya ang makakareceive ng scholarship)
📎 The recipient must not have received and must not be currently receiving any financial aid or scholarship from other sources (Dapat ay walang natanggap o natatanggap na financial aid or scholarship mula sa ibang programa ng gobyerno)

Recipient must be a resident of Brgy. M.H. del Pilar for at least five years
Photocopy of Latest Student ID (A.Y. 2026-2027)

This is open to all GRADE LEVEL/YEAR LEVEL. LIMITED SLOTS AVAILABLE FOR
Day Care: 10 students
Kinder: 10 students
Elementary: 30 students
Junior & Senior High: 40 students
College: 35 students

- Priority may be given to incoming 4th Year College students for the S.Y. 2026–2027.
- Students from vulnerable or financially challenged households.
- Families with no college graduate yet.
- Residents of Barangay M.H. del Pilar.

📎 OTHER APPLICANTS CAN ALSO BE CONSIDERED:
- Incoming 3rd year students.
- TESDA scholars with National Certificate.
- Students in 5th or 6th year expected to graduate in S.Y. 2026-2027.

📅 DEADLINE:
- June 4 to June 7, 2026

🌟 BENEFITS:
- 20,000 PHP one-time educational assistance
- This can be used for school-related expenses such as tuition, transportation, school supplies, learning materials
