As a bud learns the language of bloom, so too does a life of service unfold in time.
In every story lived with purpose found in service, there is always a season of cultivation and a season of propagation. Like a seed sown in a spacious land, it sprouts from a garden of fertile soil and a nurturing environment. It flourishes not only in the corners of schoolyard fences but extends to other people as it bears flowers โ or even fruits.
A new season of cultivation sprang to life in 2023 when Dr. Gudelia M. Samson or 'Maโam Del' to many, took her first steps into the campus of PSU Bayambang, not as a professor, a coordinator, nor a dean, but as the Campus Executive Director.
She began to till the soil of service with dedication and heart. Like a gardener who sees promise in every patch of the earth,she tilled the soil of service, seeing promise in every corner, nurturing programs with patience ,guiding every team, and believed in the growth that only time and gentle pruning could bring.
Under her leadership, seeds of excellence and compassion took root, and what were once plans and possibilities, have now blossomed into thriving realities โ she made the campus a brighter place.
She taught the school community that growth is not just about reaching heights, but also about strengthening our rootsโour values, our goals, and our commitment to serve. Through every challenge, her guidance both became the sunlight and rainwater that helped our beloved institution flourish.
And as this time of the year brings a new season of propagation, the legacy you have cultivated will bear new stems of greatnessโmultiplying, thriving, and nurturing another generation of leaders.
Your legacy is not only in the seeds you planted, but in the journey you shared with us. And as propagation calls for new ground, you now carry your bloom to another garden, ready to take root and flourish anew.
For when a flower is transplanted, it does not lose its beauty; it carries its roots and blossoms even brighter in fresh soil.
And we are those roots, Maโam Del. As you begin this new chapter beyond our campus halls, the entire PSUโBayambang community stands with youโforever grateful, forever proud, and always rooting for your bloom and fruitful growth.
