❤️❤️❤️The Baybay City Parole & Probation Office is grateful to the Department of Social Welfare & Development-Sustainable Livelihood Program through its Program Development Officer II, PDO Maricar M. Quijano, under the leadership of PDC Darwin Cabelin, SLP Program Development Coordinator for Western, Leyte, during its 2nd Management Monitoring Program to the Community Static Group 4 Albuera Chapter, K.A.W.I.L. Movement (Kapatirang Alalayang Wagas para sa Institusyonal na Laban), on August 19, 2026 at the CSG's Community Center, together with SPPO Ariandne L. Siosana,Program Manager, PPO 11, Atty. Jeric L. Hilum, VPA Dessie Marie Canoy & the resident volunteers' of Albuera, Leyte.
These are parts of the series of activities of management monitoring by the DSWD-SLP's to the various livelihood programs granted to the KAWIL Movement of the Baybay City PPO. Based on the on-sight monitoring to the CSG's 4, KAWIL Movement Albuera, Leyte Chapter, is now ready for the next phase of management monitoring which shall serve as the bases for the grant of additional aid to the KAWIL Movement.

❤️❤️❤️The Department of Social Work & Development - Sustainable Livelihood Program (DSWD-SLPs), conducted an on-sight visitation at the SLP area of the Community Static Group 3, Hilongos, Leyte Chapter of the Kapatirang Alalayang Wagas para sa Institusyonal na Laban (K.A.W.I.L. Movement), on August 14, 2026.
The said activity underscores the commitment of the partnerships between BCPPO's & DSWD-SLP's, in strengthening the foundation of the SLP Association's through the conduct of a seminar on livelihood management more particularly on Chicken Egg Layer Production.
On the other hand, the CSG's 3 is now being partnered as one of the suppliers of eggs to the "Walang Gutom Program" in the area of Hilongos, Leyte. This is a bold manifestation that they are turning into a productive members of the society as envisioned by the Parole & Probation Administration. The KAWIL Movement's is closely monitored by SPPO Ariandne L. Siosana, Program Manager of the BCPPO.
