Nueva Vizcaya Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (NVECLIP) 2nd Quarter Committee Meeting

In its commitment to fostering peace and sustaining the insurgency-free status of the province, the NV ECLIP committee convened for its 2nd Quarter meeting on June 2, 2026 at Ammungan Hall, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. The activity underscores the significant efforts and ongoing initiatives aimed at supporting Former Rebels (FRs) in their reintegration to society.

The meeting was participated by key stakeholders and representatives from various agencies. They discussed different measures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of various assistance to FRs in their transition to civilian life. Among the highlights that were tackled were the Updating of the FR Registry as basis of Agencies for Assistance and Technical Skills Training, as well as the immediate evaluation and endorsement of the receiving units to different government agencies for the provision of services; and Designation of Focal Persons in each Government Agency to ensure continuity of Committee efforts and initiatives.

As the NV ECLIP Committee continues its efforts, the spirit of cooperation and compassion remains at the forefront in building a peaceful and safe community for all residents of Nueva Vizcaya.

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: RCSP 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻

Bringing government closer to the people, the Provincial Task Force Serbisyo Karaban (PTF-SK) convened on June 02, 2026, at Ammungan Hall, Capitol Compound, District IV, Bayombong, to prepare for the upcoming Serbisyo Karaban implementation in the remaining target barangays in the Municipality of Villaverde: Cluster 2 (Bintawan Sur, Ibung and Nagbitin) and Cluster 3 (Ocapon, Pieza and Sawmill).

The Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) remains one of the government’s flagship initiatives designed to deliver essential services directly to communities, particularly those in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas. Through this initiative, government agencies work collectively to bridge service gaps, strengthen community engagement, and promote inclusive development through a whole-of-nation approach.

The meeting was presided over by SF04 Carmelo B. Andrada (Ret.), who underscored the importance and objectives of the upcoming activity in ensuring responsive and inclusive service delivery. Joining the meeting were Vice Governor Eufemia Ang Dacayo, DILG Provincial Director Catherine G. Allam-Miranda,CESO V, functionaries from LGU-Villaverde headed by Municipal Mayor Atty. Ronelie U. Valtoribio, and the Punong Barangays from the identified FY 2026 RCSP target barangays together with the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer/ LGOO VI Maria Karen C. Tanjusay.

To ensure the successful implementation of the Serbisyo Karaban, representatives from the provincial offices and national government agencies were invited to provide service commitments aligned with the identified needs of the communities. These commitments aim to deliver responsive interventions and concrete solutions directly to the residents. The activity highlights the importance of convergence and collaboration among government agencies under the Whole-of-Nation Approach. Through strengthened inter-agency coordination and active local government participation, this initiative not only improves service accessibility but also empowers communities, builds resilience, and addresses underlying issues affecting peace and development.

A feedbacking session was also undertaken to reflect on the recently conducted Serbisyo Karaban in Brgy. Cabuluan, Villaverde last March 31, 2026. Stakeholders shared experiences, discussed accomplishments and challenges encountered, and highlighted valuable insights and recommendations to improve future community outreach activities and service delivery initiatives.

Through strong partnerships and responsive governance, the Province of Nueva Vizcaya continues to uphold its commitment to bringing meaningful and inclusive public service closer to every community.

DILG NUEVA VIZCAYA MONITORS ONGOING RICE DISTRIBUTION IN BAYOMBONG

JUNE 2, 2026, the DILG Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Office conducted monitoring activities on the implementation of the ongoing Rice Distribution Program in the Municipality of Bayombong, funded under the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund – Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU).

The rice distribution was carried out in the barangays of Paitan, Bansing, Magapuy, Buenavista, Busilac, and Magsaysay. It was graced by the Municipal Mayor, respective Punong Barangays, and members of the Sangguniang Barangay.

The activity was spearheaded by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAGRO).

Each beneficiary household received one (1) 10-kilogram sack of rice for the current distribution cycle. It was also announced that qualified beneficiaries will receive an additional 10 kilograms of rice in the succeeding distribution rounds as part of the program’s continued implementation.

Through regular monitoring, DILG Nueva Vizcaya remains committed to ensuring the efficient and transparent implementation of government-funded programs, helping guarantee that assistance reaches its intended beneficiaries and contributes to improving the welfare of local communities.

Today’s engagement opens doors for stronger collaboration on good governance, digital transformation, and data-driven local development—especially through the Seal of Local Good Governance (SGLG) initiatives.

Nagsagawa ng pagsubaybay ang Panlalawigang Tanggapan ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) sa isinagawang Rice Distribution Program ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Ambaguio, Nueva Vizcaya na ginanap noong ika-28 ng Mayo, 2026 sa Municipal Hall Compound, Barangay Poblacion, Ambaguio. Ito ay napondohan sa ilalim ng programang FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund – Growth Equity Fund (LGSF-GEF).

Pinangunahan ang pamamahagi ng bigas ng Municipal Agriculture Office (MAGRO) at Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) at iba pang kawani ng munisipyo upang matiyak na maayos na maiparating ang tulong sa mga benepisyaryong mamamayan ng bayan.

Sa unang pamamahagi, ang bawat benepisyaryong household ay nakatanggap ng tig-sampung (10) kilo ng bigas bilang agarang food assistance. Nabanggit din na sa mga susunod na pamamahagi ay muli silang makatatanggap ng karagdagang sampung (10) kilo ng bigas.

Layunin ng programang ito na makatulong sa mga pamilyang nangangailangan, lalo na sa gitna ng patuloy na hamon sa kabuhayan at pagtaas ng presyo ng mga pangunahing bilihin. Higit pa rito, sinisikap ng programang ito na matiyak ang food security at mapagaan ang pasanin ng mga mamamayan sa kanilang araw-araw na gastusin.

Patuloy namang magsasagawa ang DILG ng monitoring at pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga lokal na pamahalaan upang masiguro ang maayos na implementasyon ng mga programang pinondohan ng pambansang pamahalaan at ang wastong paggamit ng pondo para sa kapakanan ng publiko.

IKALAWANG SANGKAPAT NA PAGPUPULONG NG PPOC-PADAC-PTF ELCAC, MATAGUMPAY NA NAISAGAWA

Ika-26 ng Mayo, 2026, naisagawa ang ikalawang sangkapat na pagpupulong ng PPOC-PADAC-PTF ELCAC sa Ammungan Hall, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Layunin nito na pag-usapan ang mga kasalukuyang kaganapan pagdating sa kapayapaan, kaligtasan at kaayusan sa lalawigan.

Masinsinang pinag-usapan ng kapulungan ang mga mungkahi para sa pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang para sa Barangay Drug-Clearing Program. Dagdag pa dito, masusi din na naging usapin ang tumataas na bilang ng sunog sa lalawigan, binigyang diin ang mahalagang gampanin ng CFAG sa mabilis na pag-apula ng mga sunog sa barangay level at ang pagpapatupad ng Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan.

Sa usaping insurhensiya ay nanatili pa ring tahimik at walang naitalang pagkilos ng makakaliwang grupo. Pinahayag ng Philippine Army na patuloy pa rin ang pagmanman upang masiguro ang katahimikan at kaayusan sa buong lalawigan.

Dumalo din sa nasabing gawain ang mga kinatawan ng Philippine Coast Guard upang pormal na magpahayag ng intensiyon na mapabilang sa Tri-Council, na sinang-ayunan din naman ng buong kapulungan.

Panghuli, nagkaroon ng mga resolusyon upang mas lalo pang paigtingin ang mga hakbang para sa mas maunlad at payapang Nueva Vizcaya.

SERBISYO AT PASASALAMAT: DILG Nueva Vizcaya, Nagdaos ng Ikalawang Pagpupulong at Pagkilala sa Isang Kawani

Ngayong araw, ika-25 ng Mayo 2026, isinagawa ang Pangalawang Pagtitipon ng mga kawani ng DILG Nueva Vizcaya sa Zen Hotel, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

Nailahad sa nasabing pagpupulong ang mga updates hinggil sa mga iba’t-ibang programang ipinatutupad ng kagawaran. Nagkaroon din ng presentasyon at talakayan ukol sa mga nagdaang functionality at performance audits. Isa sa mahalagang usapin ang pagbibigay ng rekomendasyon sa pagpapatupad ng mga programa sa LGUs batay sa naging resulta at rekomendasyon ng Assessment Committee ng mga naisagawang audit.

Sa ikalawang bahagi ng pagpupulong ay nagkaroon ng simpleng programa ng Pagpupugay at Pasasalamat sa mga mahahalagang kontribusyon ni LGOO VI Dennis A. Clemencia sa kanyang pagreretiro sa Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal. Naging makabuluhan ang araw na ito sapagkat taos pusong nakibahagi, nakisaya, at nagbalik tanaw ang pamilya, kaibigan at mga kawani ng panlalawigang tanggapan sa dalawampu't apat (24) na taong pagbibigay serbisyo publiko ni LGOO VI Clemencia bilang isang kawani ng DILG.
