Noong Agosto 3, 2026, muling nagsagawa ang DILG - Nueva Vizcaya ng monitoring sa pagpapatupad ng Rice Distribution Program sa Bayan ng Solano na ginanap sa Thomas Dacayo Community Center, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.

Ang programang ito ay pinondohan sa ilalim ng FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund – Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU) na naglalayong magbigay ng maagap at sapat na ayuda ng bigas para sa mga mahihirap na indibidwal at pamilyang higit na naapektuhan ng patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng mga pangunahing bilihin.

Sa pamamagitan ng patuloy na monitoring at masusing pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga lokal na pamahalaan, nananatiling matatag ang pangako ng DILG Nueva Vizcaya sa pagsusulong ng transparency, pananagutan, at epektibong pagpapatupad ng mga programa ng pamahalaan na naglalayong mapabuti ang kalidad ng buhay at kapakanan ng mga komunidad.

SERBISYO PARA SA LAHAT, MULA SA GOBYERNONG MAPAGKALINGA AT TAPAT

Noong ika-29 hanggang 31 ng Hulyo, 2026 ay matagumpay na naisagawa ang Serbisyo Caravan para sa mga natitirang RCSP target barangays:

✅ Calitlitan, Aritao
✅ Baliling, Santa Fe
✅ Baracbac, Santa Fe
✅ Población, Ambaguio
✅ Salingsingan, Ambaguio
✅ Tiblac, Ambaguio
✅ Labang, Ambaguio

Ang isinagawang aktibidad ay isang pamamaraan ng "Whole of a Nation" Approach, kung saan nagkaisa ang mga Kagawaran, Panlalawigang Tanggapan, mga Non Government Organizations (NGOs) at Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), mga opisyal at kawani ng munisipyo at barangay, pati na rin ang mga katuwang sa komunidad. Ipinamalas nito ang matatag na paninindigan na mailapit ang mga serbisyo ng pamahalaan sa mamamayan.

Ang mga serbisyong naihatid sa mga mamamayan ng mga target na barangay ay bunga ng matibay na pagtutulungan at pakikipag ugnayan ng iba't ibang stakeholder. Sa pamamagitan ng sama samang pananagutan at pagkilos, nakapagbahagi ng immediate services at higit na napalakas ang tiwala at ugnayan ng bawat isa.

DILG NUEVA VIZCAYA MONITORS RICE DISTRIBUTION IN DUPAX DEL SUR

The DILG Nueva Vizcaya conducted an on-site monitoring of the Rice Distribution Program on July 21, 2026, in Dupax del Sur, especially the distribution at barangays Kinabuan and Ganao.

The monitoring team was led by MLGOO Amor L. Dapiawen, together with LGOO VI Nesta Gianni A. Camua-ty, ADAS II Alan Mel M. Soriano, and ADA III Leon Dimoloy, to ensure the proper implementation and efficient delivery of assistance to eligible beneficiaries.

Under the program's first distribution cycle, qualified beneficiaries each received 10 kilograms of rice. The initiative is funded through the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund – Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU), which aims to provide timely and adequate food assistance to indigent individuals and families affected by rising commodity prices and economic challenges.

Through continuous monitoring and close coordination with local government units, DILG Nueva Vizcaya remains committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and the effective implementation of government programs that uplift the lives of communities.

PGNV DISTRIBUTES SOCIO-CIVIC PROJECT FUND TO ALL ITS BARANGAYS

On July 20, 2026, the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya through its Provincial Treasury Office and in partnership with the Liga ng mga Barangay – Nueva Vizcaya Chapter, distributes Php 200,000.00 to the 275 barangays in the province under the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program (BBMP) funded under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF).

As directed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., there is a need to fast-track essential services and invest in the youth. In order to do so, local leaders must be equipped with the necessary capital to address immediate needs of the families and communities and frontline service delivery challenges and address the 39% attrition rate among college students by providing a "finisher fund" to ensure vulnerable senior students reach graduation, hence, the provision of the said financial assistance.

LGOO VI/Program Manager Nesta Gianni A. Camua-ty represented DILG Nueva Vizcaya wherein she briefly discussed DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-038 or the Implementing Guidelines on Bawat Barangay Makikinabang: Presidential Assistance under the Socio-Civic Project Funds. She emphasized the role of the barangays, the provincial government, and the DILG in monitoring the implementation of the program and reporting to the Office of the President.

NUEVA VIZCAYA REVIEWS PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY STATUS OF THE PROVINCE FOR FIRST SEMESTER OF 2026

JULY 14, 2026 - In an effort to maintain the high performance of the Province of Nueva Vizcaya in the Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) and Peace and Order Council (POC), DILG Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Director Catherine G. Allam-Miranda, CESO V along with PLGU POC – ADAC Focal Person SFO4 Carmelo B. Andara (Ret) initiated the conduct of a Focus Group Discussion on the performance indicators of the ADAC and POC Performance Audit.

Key officials of the Nueva Vizcaya Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL Paul T Bometivo presented Project TRACE, operational accomplishments, CIRAS generated data, Anti-Illegal Drugs and E-CLIP activities. Issues and concerns were presented, along with the corresponding interventions and measures implemented by the NVPPO to address them.

On the other hand, in order to address gaps and strengthen fire safety practices and ensure the achievement of fire-free province by 2028, a Focus Group Discussion was also conducted with the key personnel of the Nueva Vizcaya Bureau of Fire Protection together with the fifteen (15) Municipal Fire Marshalls wherein the discussion primarily revolved on the manpower complement, fire-incidence and conduct of training for the Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG).
