EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 2026

Barangay La TORRE NORTH now accepting applicants for the Educational Assistance Program.

📌 PRIORITY BENEFICIARIES:
Five (5) incoming 3rd, 4th or 5th year college students / graduating college students.

Priority will be given to:
• Children of OFWs affected by the Middle East conflict
• Children of transport drivers

📋 DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH SCHOLAR:
• Full Name
• Contact Number
• Email Address (if available)
• Social Media Handle
• Gender
• Age
• Home Address
• Year Level and School

📄 REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate of Enrollment
• School ID
• Certificate of Indigency
• Request Letter addressed to the Honorable Governor
• Certification from the School Registrar stating that the student is not receiving another scholarship.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay La Torre North respectfully informs all residents and constituents that the office operations and regular government services are now BACK TO NORMAL OPERATIONS.

Effective immediately, the official office hours of Barangay La Torre North shall resume from:

🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Monday to Friday

All barangay transactions, requests, clearances, certifications, consultations, and other public services will now be accommodated during the regular working schedule.

We encourage everyone to visit the barangay office within office hours for proper assistance and processing of concerns and documents.
