TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – Excellence is not built overnight; it is forged through unwavering commitment, teamwork, innovation, and a shared passion for serving the public. These values once again took center stage as Team DTI Nueva Vizcaya garnered multiple distinctions during the System in Performance Rewards and Incentives (SPRINTS) 2025 Awarding Ceremony, held on 27 July 2026.
The achievement marks another milestone for the Provincial Office under the leadership of OIC Provincial Director Lenore Lee S. Lopez, affirming Team DTI Nueva Vizcaya's steadfast pursuit of organizational excellence and its commitment to delivering meaningful and responsive public service.
SPRINTS is DTI Region 2's annual recognition program that celebrates individuals and teams whose dedication, innovation, collaboration, and exemplary performance have significantly contributed to advancing the Department's mandate and fostering a culture of excellence in public service.
This year, Team DTI Nueva Vizcaya earned the following honors:

🏆 Best Technical Staff – Ms. Nicole Marie Cantong (3rd Place)
🏆 Best Negosyo Center Business Counselor – Mr. Michael Angelo V. Laureta (Winner)
🏆 Innovator Award (COS) – Mr. Jan Christopher Decoro (2nd Place)
🏆 Best Junior Administrative Award – Ms. Marjorie B. Datuin (Winner)
🏆 Wellness Award – Mr. Edward V. Iringan (2nd Place)

Adding another layer of pride to the celebration were the Loyalty Awards, which recognized the enduring commitment of DTI personnel who have dedicated years of their lives to public service. OIC Provincial Director Lenore Lee S. Lopez marked an exceptional 35 years of service, while OIC CPD Chief Richard Siuagan and AO Marjorie B. Datuin celebrated 10 years of service.
As part of the celebration of talent and camaraderie, Team DTI NViable also showcased its creativity and artistic flair during the DTI Got Talent competition, presenting a captivating sing-and-dance performance with instruments featuring their original composition entitled “To Infinity NVyond.”
The performance, which reflected the team’s identity, passion, and shared journey, earned 2nd Place in the competition, further proving that excellence extends beyond the workplace and thrives through collaboration, creativity, and team spirit.
Meanwhile, Mr. Michael Angelo V. Laureta, NCBC, added another accolade to Team DTI NViable’s achievements after receiving the Best Dressed – Male Award, showcasing confidence, creativity, and the team’s vibrant spirit during the celebration.
The recognitions are more than accolades. They embody the dedication, resilience, and collaborative spirit that define Team DTI Nueva Vizcaya. Every distinction reflects countless hours of hard work, the willingness to go beyond what is expected, and a collective commitment to uplifting the communities they serve.
