Umulan man o Umaraw, Tuloy ang Serbisyo para sa mga ARBs

Hindi naging hadlang ang pababago-bagong klima upang magsagawa ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Nueva Vizcaya katuwang ang survey team sa ibaโ€™t ibang barangay sa Dupax del Norte mula Hulyo 27 hanggang 31, 2026.

Kasabay nito ang isinagawang mediation sa pagitan ng mga Indigenous Peoples (IP) leaders, Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), at DAR upang maresolba ang mga usapin hinggil sa mga claim at hangganan ng lupa.

Ang aktibidad ay isinagawa sa mga barangay ng Diayan, Yabbi, at Mataddi sa pangunguna nina MARPO John Daryl Yacapin, ARPT Rubylyn Arenos, ARPT Adriel Afec Gabut, SPLIT COS Marcial Arenos, kasama ang survey by contract team.

Mayroong kabuuang tatlumpuโ€™t limang (35) farmer-beneficiaries at ARBs ang naging bahagi ng isinagawang survey na sumaklaw sa kabuuang lawak na 24.2326 ektarya.

Layunin ng aktibidad na pabilisin ang implementasyon ng Project SPLIT sa pamamagitan ng mas mabilis na pagsasagawa ng survey at pagpaparehistro ng mga titulo upang matamo ng mga ARBs ang kani-kanilang indibidwal na titulo sa lupa.

Nagsagawa ng field survey ang survey team mula sa Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Nueva Vizcaya sa apat na landholdings sa Barangays Aurora at Nalubbunan, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya noong Agosto 24โ€“27, 2026.

Pinangunahan ng survey team na sina ARPO I Bryan Jay Ramos at AutoCad Operator Irozon Marx Camet ang pagsasagawa ng survey upang makalap at ma-validate ang kinakailangang datos mula sa mga nasabing landholdings.

Nakipag-ugnayan at nagbigay naman ng suporta sa aktibidad ang mga kawani ng DAR Municipal Office (DARMO) Quezon na sina MARPO Rosendo Soriano, ARPT Estephany Dakilay, Administrative Aide May Ann C. Pagal, at Mark Fevin Villanueva.

Ang aktibidad ay bahagi ng patuloy na field activities ng DAR Nueva Vizcaya para sa maayos na pangangalap at validation ng datos na kinakailangan sa pagpapatupad ng mga programang pang-agraryo.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Region 02 gathered Gender and Development (GAD) focal persons and representatives from its Regional and Provincial Offices on August 5, 2026, in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, for the CY 2026 GAD First Semester Assessment and Preparation of Catch-up Plans.

During the activity, participants presented their GAD accomplishment reports, highlighting key accomplishments, identifying implementation challenges, and sharing best practices to further strengthen both organization-focused and client-focused GAD initiatives across the region.

The assessment also provided a venue to discuss issues and concerns encountered in the implementation of GAD programs, enabling participants to formulate appropriate interventions and catch-up strategies to improve performance for the remaining months of 2026.

The activity concluded with an open forum, reaffirming DAR's commitment to mainstreaming GAD in its programs, policies, and services for its employees and agrarian reform beneficiaries.
