The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Bayombong District Office invites aspiring drivers to join the FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC).

To avail the FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING CERTIFICATE , please bring the following:

📌 Photocopy of your any valid government issued ID.

For STUDENT PERMIT, please bring the following:

📌 Theoretical Driving Certificate;
📌 Medical Certificate (available on-site);
📌 Photocopy of PSA;
📌 Photocopy of your any valid government issued ID;
📌 Photocopy of Marriage Contract (for married women)

WHO MAY AVAIL?

✅ Client must be 16 years old and above. If you’re 16 to 17 years old, please bring PARENT’S CONSENT and VALID ID of your Parent/Guardian;
✅ Client must not have unsettled traffic violation.

For RENEWAL of DRIVER’S LICENSE, it must not have expired for more than 2 years, and unsettled traffic violation(s).

For RENEWAL of MV REGISTRATION:

📌 Photocopy of OR and CR;
📌 Insurance (ito po ay makukuha mismo sa venue);
📌 Emission (ito ay makukuha mismo sa venue);
📌 MTOP (kung ikaw ay namamasada);

Bago tuluyang magtapos ang buwan ng Agosto, muling inilapit ng LTO Bayombong District Office ang kanilang mga serbisyo sa pamamagitan ng “License the Outskirts” sa mga residente ng Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya noong Agosto 28–29, 2026.

Ang ‘License the Outskirts’ ay isang serbisyong buwan-buwan na isinusulong ng LTO Bayombong District Office upang mailapit ang kanilang serbisyo sa mga komunidad, lalo na sa mga indibidwal na nahihirapang makapunta mismo sa tanggapan.

Lubos na nagpapasalamat ang LTO Bayombong District Office sa Municipal Mayor, Hon. Anabelle Mae B. Binwag ng Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya at sa buong lokal na pamahalaan para sa walang-sawang suporta at pakikipagtulungan. Naging matagumpay ang gawaing ito dahil sa inyong kooperasyon at suporta.

Patuloy tayong magseserbisyo nang may malasakit dahil ang serbisyong Mas Malapit at Mas Accessible ay para sa bawat Novo Vizcayanos.

September 1, 2026 LTO will strictly enforce against unauthorized improvised plates and fake/replica plates that imitate official LTO-issued plates.

Matagumpay na naisagawa ang programang patuloy na isinusulong ng Land Transportation Office – Bayombong District Office na “License the Outskirts,” na naglalayong mailapit sa mga komunidad ang serbisyo ng LTO.

Isinagawa ang programa noong Agosto 14–15, 2026 sa Ibung, Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya, kung saan hatid sa ating mga kababayan ang Free Theoretical Driving Course, Mobile Licensing and Registration, at License Plate Distribution.

Pinangunahan ito ni Mr. Lorenzo S. Tuddao, District Chief, katuwang ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Villaverde.

Lubos ang aming pasasalamat sa Municipal Mayor, Atty. Ronelie U. Valtoribio, sa kanyang walang-sawang suporta at pakikipagtulungan. Ang inyong malasakit at kooperasyon ay malaking bahagi ng tagumpay ng programang ito upang mas mapalapit sa ating mga kababayan ang mga serbisyo ng LTO.

Ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa publiko na, bunsod ng patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Tropical Storm Maymay at ng Southwest Monsoon, suspendido ang operasyon sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa National Capital Region (NCR), kabilang ang LTO Central Office at mga tanggapan nito sa NCR, gayundin sa mga lalawigan ng Ilocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Abra, Zambales, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, at Occidental Mindoro, ngayong Agosto 6, 2026, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 122 na inilabas ng Office of the President.

Pinapayuhan ang publiko na ipagpaliban ang kanilang mga planong transaksyon at hintayin ang susunod na abiso hinggil sa pagpapatuloy ng regular na operasyon.
