📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

To all commuters and motorists passing through Poblacion, Belison:
Please be informed that the Local Government Unit of Belison will celebrate its 65th Founding Anniversary and the 21st Guinobatan Festival on March 5–10, 2026.
In connection with this celebration, portions of the National Highway will be temporarily utilized for the following activities:

🔹 March 5, 2026 (5:00 AM)
➡️ Brgy Poblacion to Brgy Rombang 5KM
➡️ Brgy Poblacion to Brgy Pangpang 10KM

🔹 March 6, 2026 (7:00 AM to 8: AM) – DepEd Parade

🔹 March 7, 2026 (2:00 PM) – Sinadya sa Karsada (Street Dancing Competition)
• The National Highway in front of the Belison Municipal Police Station will serve as the judging area.
• Traffic Rerouting Scheme:
➡️ Vehicles coming from Sibalom: (NORTHBOUND VEHICLES)
Revolucionario Street → Placer Street → back to National Highway
➡️ Vehicles coming from Patnongon: (SOUTHBOUND VEHICLES)
National Highway → Rizal Street → Fornier Street → Candelaria Street →back to National Highway

🔹 March 8, 2026 – Grand Parade

🚗 Traffic Advisory:

• Please observe the speed limit at all times.
• Expect slow-moving traffic during the scheduled activities.
• Anticipate heavier pedestrian presence along the highway and nearby areas.

In observance of Safer Internet Day, let us unite in promoting safe, responsible, and mindful use of the internet for everyone—especially our children and youth.

Theme: “Ako, Ikaw, Tayo: Konektado at Protektado Laban sa OSAEC at CSAEM”

Everyone is encouraged to stay alert, protect personal information, and practice responsible online behavior. Reporting suspicious activities and guiding children in proper internet use are vital steps in preventing Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM).

Be involved. Be vigilant. Be a protector.
