This April 2026, the Mdrrm C/O remained proactive and committed to public safety, preparedness, and community service.

Alongside the successful conduct of Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for youth, the following were conducted:
☑️ activated the EOC for Semana Santa and Summer Vacation 2026
☑️ assisted in responding to grass and forest fire incidents
☑️ facilitated the BDRRM planning of Brgy. Daclan,
☑️ participated in Environment and DRRM awareness campaign
☑️ attended the Enhanced LDRRMP Training Course.
☑️ conducted Fire Safety and BLS orientations among farmers’ organizations at Daclan with BFP Tublay.
☑️ Community efforts were strengthened through the continuous implementation of Brigada sa Barangay at Munisipyo, including Brigada at Owed, Municipal Lot.

🎱of 🎱 Wrapping up the BLS Training for youth participants from every barangay in the Municipality of Tublay, with the final session successfully conducted in Barangay Tublay Central. The activity strengthened the capacity of young volunteers in emergency response, first aid, and life-saving skills, contributing to a more prepared and resilient community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners and stakeholders who made this activity successful. Our sincere appreciation to the LYDO, the Barangay LGU, especially the Barangay SK chairpersons for their invaluable coordination and support throughout the conduct of the training.

We also thank our active participants from the youth sector, community members, and various youth organizations for their enthusiasm and commitment to learning life-saving skills and promoting disaster preparedness in their respective barangays.

Special thanks as well to our partner trainers from the Municipal Health Office (MHO) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for generously sharing their knowledge, expertise, and service during the BLS training at Tuel and Caponga.

Together, we continue building safer, more prepared, and resilient communities through empowered youth leadership and community participation.
