The office solidified its position as a national leader in rural development today after being named the Top Provincial Performer Nationwide for the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development Sustainability Program (ARBDSP) for CY 2025.

For the men and women of , this is not just a plaque. It is a validation of their boots-on-the-ground dedication to ensuring that local farmers do not just own land, but excel on it.

By streamlining credit, training, and support services, the province has set the gold standard for rural development in the country.
