Ang payout ng cash grants para sa mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) para sa PERIOD 2 (Marso–Abril 2026) ay naka-schedule sa ika-3 at ika-4 ng Hunyo 2026, sa pamamagitan ng ATM withdrawals sa mga piling LANDBANK Servicing Branches at sa kanilang mga e-wallet.

The DSWD Binalbagan Pantawid Office, in partnership with Bi-ao National High School, conducted a Youth Development Session for graduating senior high 4Ps-monitored students on March 10, 2026, in Brgy. Bi-ao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, with the theme “Find the Path, Follow the Purpose.”

The speakers for the activity were Ms. Mery Grace G. Nanoy, who shared her journey as a 4Ps-monitored student and her success in passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers; Mr. Jefry Sermona, Teacher II of Bi-ao Elementary School, who discussed adolescence-related topics; and Ms. Judith Plana, PESO Head of Binalbagan, who presented PESO scholarships and employment opportunities.

The activity was attended by the faculty of Bi-ao National High School, senior high school students, resource speakers, and Ms. Rosarette Dawa and Mr. Larry Lego (Project Development Officer II / Municipality Link).

The activity aimed to guide students in choosing the right path and making informed decisions for their future.

Ginpatuman sang Municipality of Binalbagan ang 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟗, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, nga ginpirmahan ni Mayor Emmanuel I. Aranda, nga nagadumili sa pagprenda ukon pagbaton sang 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) cash card bilang kolateral sa utang.

Mahugot nga ginadumilian nga maghimo sini nga binuhatan ang mga 4Ps beneficiaries, pribado nga indibidwal, negosyo, kag mga opisyal sang gobyerno. Ang bisan sin-o nga magalapas sa sini nga mando, pagahatagan sang nagakaigo nga penalidad.

Ang ini nga tikang ginpatuman agud maprotektahan ang mga benepisyaryo sang 4Ps kag masiguro nga magamit gid sing husto ang bulig sang gobyerno.

The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries participated in a Dagyaw/Augmentation Clean-Up Activity at the Gulayan sa Paaralan of Bi-ao Elementary School.
Through bayanihan and teamwork, the beneficiaries came together to clean, improve, and support the school garden, promoting the importance of nutrition, environmental care, and community cooperation.
This activity reflects the true spirit of Dagyaw—working together for a common goal, helping create a greener and healthier environment for our learners. 🌿

𝟒𝐏𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: 4Ps families to benefit from expanded lifeline rate subsidy program

Qualified beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) are now eligible for up to 100% electricity discount under the Lifeline Rate Subsidy Program (LRSP), as mandated by Republic Act No. 11552, also known as the Lifeline Rate Law.

Through the Joint Resolution No. 01, series of 2026 between the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Energy (DOE), and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), 4Ps families consuming 0 to 50 kWh per month are automatically entitled to a full discount on their electricity bill within the consumption threshold.

For families whose monthly consumption exceeds 50 kWh, the applicable lifeline discount will continue to be granted based on the approved rates and established uniform national lifeline consumption threshold:
0–50 kWh – 100% discount
51–70 kWh – 35% discount
71–100 kWh – 20% discount

“For many of our beneficiaries, every peso saved makes a meaningful difference. This 100 percent electricity discount helps ease their monthly expenses, allowing families to redirect their limited income to food, children’s education, medicines, and other essential needs. More than a subsidy, this is added security and peace of mind for families striving to improve their lives,” 4Ps National Program Manager and Director Gemma B. Gabuya said.
