Pintados Festival Costume inspired by sugarcane & rice Harvest

A bold festival costume inspired by Pintados traditions and Filipino farming culture. It features sugarcane-textured armor, intricate body paint, and a radiant backpiece of cane stalks and leaves. The salakot headpiece crowns the look while the Carabao Horn is more than just a part of an animal; it is a living emblem of the Barangay Bagroy agricultural spirit and it also serves as a dual symbol of resilience and heritage. The sugarcane staff and rice stalks symbolize strength, abundance, and harvest.

Congratulations to the stunning and beautiful Miss Joyce Ann Mayordo, who has been officially sashed as Balbagan Queen 2026 proudly representing Brgy. Bagroy — home of Pintados Festival — carrying the pride, culture, and spirit of our community wherever she goes.

This special milestone was made even more memorable as she received her sash from no less than our esteemed Punong Barangay Hon. Jiovanni Yandog and our dedicated SK Chairperson Hon. Jose Francis Genito.
