ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:

The measure is in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and poor air quality in the NCR caused by haze from severe forest and peatland fires in Kalimantan and Sumatra, Indonesia.

Localized cancellation or suspension of classes in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives.

Masaya po tayong nakasama sa matagumpay na OWWA Region 1 Serbisyo Caravan na ginanap sa ating Bayan ng Binalonan.

Layunin ng programa na mailapit sa ating mga OFWs at kanilang mga pamilya ang iba’t ibang serbisyo at programa ng pamahalaan, katuwang ang mga government agencies at private organizations.

Maraming salamat po sa OWWA Region 1 at sa lahat ng ahensyang nakiisa sa paghahatid ng serbisyo para sa ating mga kababayan. Patuloy po nating sinusuportahan ang mga programang naglalapit ng serbisyo at oportunidad sa ating mga OFWs at kanilang mga pamilya. 💙

Please be informed that classes will resume tomorrow, September 2, 2026, in the Municipality of Binalonan.

Parents and guardians are reminded to prioritize the safety of learners and assess weather and travel conditions before sending their children to school. Please be guided accordingly.

PUBLIC ADVISORY: As part of the monthly sanitation measures, the LGU Binalonan orders the temporary closure of Binalonan Public Market for disinfection. The closure will start tomorrow, FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 2026. Market operations will resume the following day, August 29, 2026.

Please be advised that the KADIWA On Wheels will open tomorrow from 7am onwards at the Binalonan Plaza, so be sure to check out our local products from farmers and Pangasinan producers there! See you, kakailyan!
