To all Member-Consumer-Owners of NORECO 1

BINDOY Main Office, BAIS and GUIHULNGAN Collection Centers will be CLOSED on Monday, August 31, 2026 in observance of the National Heroes Day.

Maintenance activities and skeletal workforce will continue its operation.

Regular Office transaction will resume on Tuesday, September 01, 2026.

Over-the-counter and online platforms are open to accept payment of power bills.

Factor/s that contributed to the RED and YELLOW Alert declarations:

1. Unavailability of Visayas' large coal plants TVI 1, TVI 2 and KSPC 1

A red alert status is issued when power supply is insufficient to meet consumer demand and the transmission grid’s regulating requirement.
