PRO6 RESPO Visit Bingawan MPS to Reinforce PNP Core Agenda

BINGAWAN, ILOILO|| The Bingawan Municipal Police Station, led by Officer-in-Charge PLT PHILIP T GIRAO, warmly welcomed PEMS Regie Rubio, the newly installed Regional Executive Senior Police Officer (RESPO) of Police Regional Office 6 (PRO 6). The field visit and subsequent personnel dialogue were facilitated with the assistance of PEMS Rowen P Chiva, Municipal Executive Senior Police Officer (MESPO) of Bingawan MPS today June 3, 2026.

During the engagement, PEMS Rubio emphasized the continuous implementation of the 7S of Good Housekeeping to maintain clean, orderly, and efficient police stations. He also discussed key institutional programs, including the "PISO para sa PNCO" initiative, the Chief PNP Focus Agenda, MC 2021-155 (Bantay Kaisipan), the Internal Disciplinary Mechanism, personnel morale and welfare.
