• May 27, 2026 (Wednesday) – Eidul Ad-ha
• May 28, 2026 (Thursday) – First Day of Tashriq
All concerned are hereby advised to observe the said holidays accordingly and ensure the proper delivery of essential services.

A significant step toward data-driven governance and inclusive development✨

Today, the Municipality of Binidayan, in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), successfully conducted the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data Turnover Ceremony.

This meaningful event marks the official handover of vital community data that will guide evidence-based planning, effective policymaking, and improved public service delivery for the people of Binidayan.

With collaboration, transparency, and commitment, we continue building empowered communities through reliable and accurate data.

A heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all the distinguished individuals who made the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data Turnover Ceremony a meaningful and successful event.

Special thanks to the OIC-Regional Director Engr. Akan G. Tula, MPA for inspiring leadership and commitment in advancing data-driven governance in BARMM, Mohammadali R. Alonto, MPA for continuously strengthening statistical services and community-based monitoring initiatives in Lanao del Sur, Yasrulah D. Sheik, JD for presenting the highlights of the 2024 CBMS results and for dedication to the successful implementation of the program..

To our beloved Municipal Mayor, Hon. Sodais D. NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC ‼️📢

The Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur and the Municipal Government of Binidayan, through the Office of the Provincial Assessor and the Office of the Municipal Assessor, hereby inform all property owners, stakeholders, and the general public of the Proposed 2026 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for real properties situated within the Province of Lanao del Sur.

This initiative is in compliance with Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA). The law aims to:

* Standardize Valuations – Adopt a uniform, market-based valuation system across the country.
* Ensure Fairness – Promote just and equitable assessment of real property taxes.
* Promote Transparency – Provide an updated and reliable database of property values for various government transactions.

In line with this, all constituents, property owners, business owners, barangay officials, and other interested stakeholders throughout the Province of Lanao del Sur are respectfully invited to participate in the Public Consultation on the Proposed 2026 Schedule of Market Values (SMV). Your comments, recommendations, and suggestions are highly encouraged to help ensure that the proposed valuation schedule is transparent, fair, equitable, and responsive to prevailing market conditions within the province.

The Provincial Government and the Municipal Government value your active participation and cooperation in strengthening an efficient, accountable, and updated real property valuation system for the Province of Lanao del Sur.

REQUIREMENT:
~Photocopy of VALID ID (apiya anda saya: Philhealth ID, Soc. Pen. ID, National ID, Voter’s ID/Certificate).. Pakiphotocopy tano dn mipos su ID tano, kapiyaan ka di available su printer sa office. Makaliyo ron pn na naba stable su light tano. AGAIN, valid ID po HINDI yong Municipal ID ang iphotocopy pero pagawidan pa rin su Municipal ID..

Congratulations to the LGU of Binidayan for being recognized as one of the thirteen municipalities under the Highly Functional Municipality Category in the LCAT-VAWC 2025 Assessment.
