𝗢𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the Local Government Unit of Binidayan officially launched its Electronic Local Government Unit (eLGU) System, marking a significant milestone in the Municipality's continuing commitment to digital transformation, innovation, and excellence in public service delivery.

The successful launching ceremony was graced by representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Regional Office, whose invaluable support and technical guidance have been instrumental in making this initiative a reality. Their partnership with the Municipality reflects a shared vision of bringing government services closer to the people through modern, efficient, and technology-driven solutions.

Also present during the event were Municipal Treasurer Acmad L. Tabua, Business Permits and Licensing Officer Rufaida A. Tabua, Municipal Civil Registrar Haron Al-Rashid L. Yahya, our ever-supportive Municipal Local Government Operations Officer Laminah M. Calumbang, BFP Binidayan SFO1 Camshary Baulo, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, personnel of the PNP Binidayan, department heads, LGU officials, employees, and other stakeholders who witnessed and supported this important milestone for the Municipality.

The launch of the eLGU System represents more than just the adoption of digital technology—it signifies the Municipality's dedication to promoting transparency, accountability, efficiency, and accessibility in government services. Through this platform, residents of Binidayan will enjoy faster, more convenient, and more responsive frontline services, reducing processing time and enhancing the overall experience of every constituent.

This achievement would not have been possible without the collective efforts and unwavering commitment of our local officials, department heads, partner agencies, and municipal employees who worked tirelessly to make this vision a reality.

The Local Government Unit of Binidayan remains steadfast in its mission to embrace innovation and continuously improve the quality of public service for every iBinidayanun, ensuring that governance evolves with the changing needs of the community.

The Local Government Unit of Binidayan, under the leadership of Hon. Sodais Daromoyod Dimaporo, proudly joins the celebration of the 67th Araw ng Lanao del Sur – Pakaradiyaan o Sarimanok 2026 through the Heritage Village Showcase, featuring the historic Lamin of Binidayan.

A symbol of Maranao nobility, honor, and cultural heritage, the Lamin reflects the rich history and enduring traditions of the Municipality of Binidayan. As one of the few surviving historical Lamins in Lanao del Sur, it stands as a testament to the wisdom, dignity, and significant role of Meranao women in our society.

We warmly invite everyone to visit the Binidayan Lamin at the Heritage Village Showcase at the Provincial Capitol Grounds and experience the beauty and legacy of our Meranao heritage.

The Local Government Unit of Binidayan likewise extends its sincere appreciation to Hon. Councilor Abdul Jabar D. Dimalna and his dedicated team for their invaluable efforts in constructing and showcasing the Binidayan Lamin, preserving a cultural legacy that continues to inspire pride among the people of Binidayan.

Based on the results of the CY 2024 LGU Health Scorecard Assessment, the Municipality of Binidayan has been selected as one of the outstanding Local Government Units under District 2 in recognition of its exemplary performance and steadfast commitment to strengthening local health systems and delivering quality health services to its constituents.

This recognition reflects a visionary leadership of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Sodais D. Dimaporo, unwavering support for health programs, and the collective dedication of our Local Government Unit in advancing the health and well-being of every I-Binidayanun Family.

CIVIL SERVICE COMISSION (CSC) LANAO DEL SUR FIELD OFFICE PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO LGU BINIDAYAN

On June 17, 2026, the Local Government Unit of Binidayan, headed by Mayor Hon. Sodais D. Dimaporo, warmly welcomed Hizami C. Amerol, Director II of the Civil Service Commission (CSC)–BARMM Lanao del Sur Field Office, together with Human Resource Management Officers (HRMOs) from various Local Government Units (LGUs) in Lanao del Sur, during a courtesy visit at the Municipal Hall.

The visit underscored the strong partnership between the Civil Service Commission and LGU Binidayan in promoting professionalism, integrity, and excellence in public service. It also served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration and share best practices in human resource management and local governance.

The Municipality of Binidayan extends its sincere appreciation to HRMO Abdullah S. Ditucalan for his initiative and efforts in facilitating this meaningful engagement.

The LGU likewise conveys its warmest congratulations to Director Hizami C. Amerol on his well-deserved promotion as Director II. This remarkable achievement reflects his dedication, exemplary leadership, and steadfast commitment to advancing the ideals of the civil service.

ALHAMDULILLAH! BINIDAYAN GOES DIGITAL! 💻📢

The Local Government Unit of Binidayan proudly announces that the eLGU System is now LIVE and fully operational, making government services faster, easier, and more accessible to our constituents.

Residents can now conveniently access the following online services through the eGovPH Super App and eGovPay:

✔ Business Permit Applications and Renewals (New and Renewal)
✔ Civil Registry Requests (Birth and Death Certificates)
✔ Community Tax Certificate Requests (Cedula)

This milestone was made possible through the leadership of Hon. Sodais D. Dimaporo, Municipal Mayor, the support of the Sangguniang Bayan Members, and the dedicated efforts of the Municipal Treasurer's Office, Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), and Municipal Civil Registrar (MCR), with the cooperation of all LGU departments and personnel.

We are proud to be among the few LGUs in Lanao del Sur taking significant steps toward digital governance and improved public service delivery.
