On October 2, 2026, personnel of the Binmaley Municipal Police Station (MPS), under the direct supervision of PLTCOL LISTER A.SAYGO, Chief of Police, conducted a Lecture Orientation on Response to Active Shooting Incident (RASI) at Nagpalangan Elementary School, Brgy. Nagpalangan, Binmaley, Pangasinan.

The activity aimed to enhance the preparedness and awareness of students, teachers, and school personnel regarding emergency response procedures, evacuation and safety protocols, and coordination with responding authorities. The discussion also highlighted Anti-Bullying Awareness, promoting respect, kindness, empathy, and the prevention of bullying and harassment within the school community.

Furthermore, participants were reminded of the importance of Online Safety and the Responsible Use of Social Media, including protecting personal information, verifying information before sharing, avoiding online scams, refraining from cyberbullying, and reporting suspicious or threatening activities to trusted adults or the proper authorities.

Through this initiative, Binmaley MPS continues to strengthen its partnership with the education sector in fostering a safe, secure, respectful, and responsible learning environment for every student.

Caloocan Norte, Binmaley, Pangasinan.

The activity aimed to strengthen the awareness, preparedness, and response capabilities of students, teachers, and school personnel in the event of an active shooting incident or other emergency situations.

The discussion covered proper emergency response procedures, situational awareness, evacuation and safety protocols, effective communication, and coordination with responding authorities and concerned agencies.

The lecture also highlighted Anti-Bullying Awareness, emphasizing respect, kindness, empathy, and the shared responsibility of students and adults in preventing bullying, harassment, intimidation, and other harmful behaviors within the school community.

Participants were likewise oriented on Online Safety and the Responsible Use of Social Media, emphasizing the importance of protecting personal information, maintaining privacy, avoiding suspicious links and online scams, and being cautious about the information and photos shared online.

Rivera Chairman of Police Regional Appellate Board 1, together with the Municipal Officials of Binmaley, Pangasinan, to strengthen understanding of the PLEB’s roles, functions, responsibilities, and procedures in promoting accountability, transparency, and responsive police service. The activity also provided an avenue for collaboration among the PNP, NAPOLCOM, local government officials, and community representatives toward a more effective and citizen-centered law enforcement system in the Municipality of Binmaley.
