Biec ES Organizes School Governance Council for School Year 2026–2027 Biec Elementary School successfully organized its School Governance Council (SGC) for School Year 2026–2027, reaffirming its commitment to participatory, inclusive, and transparent school governance. The activity was spearheaded by the School Head, Dr. Nora V. Valencerina, together with the SGC Coordinator, SELG Coordinator, Master Teacher, and the dedicated Biec ES teaching and non-teaching force. The organization was made meaningful through the active participation of parents, community leaders, Barangay Council representatives, Homeroom PTA Officers, student leaders, and other key stakeholders. Their presence and commitment exemplify the spirit of shared responsibility and partnership in ensuring quality education and the holistic development of every learner. As emphasized during the meeting, “For Biec Elementary School, we want our SGC to be purpose-driven and learner-centered.” Guided by this vision, the newly organized council will work hand in hand with the school and community in planning, implementing, and sustaining programs and initiatives that address the needs and priorities of learners and contribute to the continuous improvement of Biec ES. Congratulations to the newly organized School Governance Council of Biec Elementary School!
