Good news, everyone! 🚧
The development of our new pumping station is now underway, and the drilling operation for the new deep-well source has officially started.
This project is expected to improve water supply availability and provide stronger water pressure across our service area — especially in Brgys. Caloocan Norte, San Isidro, Poblacion and Adjacent Barangays.
One step closer to better and more reliable water service for our community! 💙💦

As the academic year 2026-2027 begins, the Binmaley Water District (BIWAD) continues its commitment to be of help for the Grade 1 students of a selected school in the Municipality of Binmaley to start their academic journey with confidence and excitement.

This Calendar Year 2026, BIWAD chose Dupo Elementary School as its beneficiary for its Back-to-School Program as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Essential school supplies such as pad paper, pencil, crayons, ruler, among others, as well as snack bags were distributed to Grade 1 students on June 16, 2026.

May these little gifts inspire our dear learners and may they enjoy more of their journey to education for their growth and success.

BIWAD together with Dupo Elementary School, CAN empower young minds and build a brighter future one activity at a time.

The Binmaley Water District celebrates the 2026 National Women's Month on March 18, 2026.

With the theme, " WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society", BIWAD ensures that all women and men have equal opportunities, rights, and voices in its institution.

As one community, it is a shared responsibility that we all work hand-and-hand to achieve equality amongst people, regardless of gender, ethnicity, color, belief, religion, and language among others.

For this 1-day celebration, BIWAD distributes personal hygiene kits to its officers and employees, Pamana women employees, and to other 25 concessionaires who paid their waterbills from 9am to 10am. For others, courtesy snacks were distributed to quench the tropical weather sensation.

It is indeed always a great feeling of making people smile with the little things that were given from a grateful heart.

𝗟𝗪𝗨𝗔 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁

On December 2, 2025, the Binmaley Water District (BIWAD) of Pangasinan formally received its Certificate of Water Safety Plan (WSP) Acceptance from the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA).

The certificate was personally awarded by LWUA Administrator, Atty. Jose Moises F. Salonga, and was proudly accepted by BIWAD General Manager, Ms. Louella A. Cano.

The BIWAD has satisfactorily complied with the acceptability requirements prescribed under the Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2017-0006, entitled “Guidelines for the Review and Approval of the Water Safety Plans of Drinking-Water Service Providers.”

Accordingly, BIWAD’s WSP Acceptance certification, officially issued on July 14, 2025, shall remain valid until July 13, 2028.

This milestone underscores BIWAD’s steadfast commitment to ensuring the delivery of safe, clean, and reliable drinking water to its concessionaires in Binmaley, Pangasinan.

📢 PRE-AUCTION BID CONFERENCE HELD

Yesterday, December 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM, we successfully conducted the Pre-Auction Bid Conference at the Binmaley Water District Office.

This conference was held in preparation for the public bidding for the disposal of our unserviceable assets (3 generator sets and 3 service vehicles).

We thank all interested bidders who attended and participated in the conference.

Please be reminded to take note of the amended public bidding date as stated in our Supplemental Bid Bulletin/Addendum No. 1.
