In line with the continuing efforts to strengthen inter-agency coordination and security collaboration in Pangasinan, the 71st Infantry (Kaibigan) Battalion, headed by LTC CHRISTOPHER C MANIMTIM INF (GSC) PA, successfully hosted the 4th Joint Peace and Security Coordinating Committee (JPSCC) Meeting on 21 May 2026 at Headquarters, 71st Infantry (Kaibigan) Battalion, Camp Andres Malong, Brgy. San Isidro Norte, Binmaley, Pangasinan.
The activity was attended by representatives from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), 104th Community Defense Center (CDC), and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Pangasinan to further enhance cooperation and operational coordination among security forces.
During the meeting, participating agencies presented updates on intelligence, operational activities, civil-military operations, and training initiatives. Discussions also focused on the prevailing security situation and ongoing peace and order efforts to strengthen coordinated actions in addressing security concerns in the province of Pangasinan.
The successful conduct of the 4th JPSCC Meeting reaffirmed the commitment of the AFP, PNP, PCG, and partner agencies to sustain unified efforts in maintaining peace, public safety, and stability in the province.
