To all our aspiring scholars, the big day is almost here! To ensure a smooth and orderly conduct of the Bislig City Scholarship Examination this Friday, May 15, please be guided by the following instructions at the Bislig City Cultural and Sports Center.

✅ 𝐔𝐏𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋
1. Be at the main entrance at least 45 minutes before your scheduled exam time.
2. Check the posters at the entrance area for the seat plan and your specific control number.
3. Please fall in a straight line in an orderly manner. Our staff will be on standby to assist and direct the flow.
4. Once doors open, present your valid ID to the assigned personnel for verification.

✍️ 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐔𝐄
1. Once inside, approach your assigned examiner for guidance on where to sit. Present your exam permit [f𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐇𝐒 (𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢/𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦), 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 (𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢)] and valid ID for the final verification.
2. Before taking your seat, place all bags and personal items at the designated area at the front of the venue.
3. Only your two (2) ballpens should be on top of your table.
4. You may bring water and light snacks, but please keep them on the floor beside your table.
5. We encourage everyone to use the restroom before the test begins to avoid any interruptions.

📢 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
1. About 15 to 20 minutes before the start, the Chief Examiner will discuss the official rules and instructions.
2. Parents and guardians are welcome to wait at the bleachers at the very back of the venue. Please note that any interaction with examinees is strictly prohibited once the test starts.
