Gipahibalo sa publiko nga nakaabot sa 47°C ang heat index sa Bislig City, Surigao del Sur karong 1:00 PM, Agosto 13, 2026 (Huwebes), base sa report sa Mindanao Weather Update.

Ang maong lebel sa kainit mahimong delikado sa panglawas, ilabina alang sa mga bata, senior citizens, ug mga indibidwal nga dugay nga naladlad sa init. Tungod niini, giawhag ang tanang Bisliganon nga magmatngon ug likayan ang dugay nga pag-expose sa adlaw, ilabina panahon sa pinakainit nga oras sa adlaw.

Gidasig usab ang tanan nga kanunay nga mag-inom og tubig, magsul-ob og gaan ug luag nga sinina, ug likayan ang sobra nga pisikal nga kalihokan samtang taas ang heat index. Kung adunay bation nga pagkahilo, kusog nga sakit sa ulo, pagsuka, grabeng pangluya, o pagkawala sa panimuot, kinahanglan nga mangayo dayon og medikal nga tabang.

Sa panahon sa grabeng kainit, ang pagmatngon ug pag-amping sa kaugalingon ug sa pamilya importante aron malikayan ang mga sakit nga may kalabutan sa kainit.
