📢 PAGPASABOT:
Sumala sa Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, ang mga baybayon sa Pilipinas nga nag-atubang sa Pacific Ocean, lakip ang Surigao del Sur, posibleng makaeksperyensya og tsunami waves nga ubos pa sa 1 metro ang kataas. Gilauman nga unang balud moabot sa alas 1:20 hangtod alas 2:40 sa hapon karong adlawa, Hulyo 30, 2025 (PST). Posible kini magpadayon og pila ka oras.

🚨 REKOMENDASYON:
⚠️ Ayaw sa pag-adto sa dagat o baybayon sa mga apektadong probinsya hangtod makansela ang advisory.
⚠️ Katong nagpuyo duol sa baybayon, gina-awhag nga mobalhin og mas layo sa inland.
⚠️ Mga tag-iya sa bangka, palihog sikrehi ang inyong mga sakyanan ug pahawa sa waterfront.
⚠️ Mga bangka nga naa na sa dagat, magpabilin sa lawom nga parte sa dagat hangtod sa dugang nga pahibalo.

Subject:Preventing Heat Stroke – Stay Hydrated!

Dear Learners, Teachers, and Staff,

Due to the high temperatures being experienced, everyone is reminded to **drink enough water throughout the day** to prevent heat stroke and other heat-related illnesses.

✅ **Bring a water bottle** to school and refill it when needed.
✅ **Drink water before you feel thirsty** — aim for at least 6–8 glasses a day.
✅ Avoid excessive intake of sugary drinks and caffeine.
✅ Stay in shaded or well-ventilated areas during breaks.

Let’s keep our school community safe, healthy, and hydrated.
