Ang NCIP Caraga nagpahibalo sa tanang Tribung Komonidad ug sa publiko nga magbantay batok sa mga dili awtorisado, dili lehitimo, o dili opisyal nga mga opisina, grupo, o institusyon nga nagproseso o nagpasaka og mga dokumento may kalabotan sa Native Title alang sa mga ICCs/IPs.
Lakip niini ang mga grupo o organisasyon nga nagpakilala o nagrepresentar sa ilang kaugalingon isip adunay awtoridad sa pagproseso sa Native Title, sama sa 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬) 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐍𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐈𝐍), 𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐮𝐬𝐚 𝐤𝐚 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐏.
Gipahinumdoman ang tanan nga ang mga butang nga may kalabotan sa ancestral domains, ancestral lands, Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT), Certificate of Ancestral Land Title (CALT) kinahanglan nga moagi sa hustong proseso ug sa opisyal nga mga opisina sa NCIP, subay sa balaod ug mga lagda nga nagdumala sa katungod sa Indigenous Peoples.
⚠️ 𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐖 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐆 𝐎𝐆 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐘𝐎𝐍, 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝐃𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐎, 𝐎 𝐁𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐃 ngadto sa mga indibidwal, grupo, o institusyon nga wala mapamatud-i nga adunay awtoridad sa pagproseso sa maong mga dokumento.
📌 𝐏𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐎𝐆 𝐈-𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐅𝐘 𝐔𝐍𝐀 kung ang indibidwal o organisasyon nga nag-offer og serbisyo may kalabotan sa Native Title adunay legal ug opisyal nga awtoridad gikan sa NCIP.
Alang sa hustong impormasyon ug pag-verify, palihog direktang mokonsulta sa NCIP Caraga Regional Office o sa labing duol nga NCIP Provincial Office/Community Service Center.

Ang NCIP Caraga nagpabiling matinud-anon sa iyang mandato sa pagpanalipod ug pagpalambo sa katungod ug kaayuhan sa mga Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples.

IEC and Genealogical Data Gathering

The NCIP Bislig City conducted an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activity and Genealogical Data Gathering at Barangay Unidad, Barobo, Surigao del Sur.

The activity aimed to provide relevant information to the concerned Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) and gather genealogical data for proper documentation and validation of community information.

NCIP Bislig City continues to support activities that promote the recognition, protection, and preservation of the identity, culture, and rights of Indigenous Peoples.

AQUINO DAY | August 21 🇵🇭

This Aquino Day, the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) joins the nation in remembering the legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr. and his enduring call to serve the Filipino people with courage, dedication, and love for country.

May his words remind us that true service means standing with our people, protecting their rights, honoring their heritage, and working together for a just and inclusive Philippines where Indigenous Peoples can thrive with dignity, identity, and self-determination.
