📢 ALAMIN ANG MAHAHALAGANG PROBISYON NG RMC NO. 107-2026!

Nagbibigay-linaw ang Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 107-2026 sa pagpapatupad ng Enhanced Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System alinsunod sa RR No. 28-2025.

đź“Ś Mga dapat tandaan:

âś… Mag-enroll sa eDST System hanggang Disyembre 31, 2026. Para sa mga bagong rehistradong taxpayer na sakop ng mandato, kailangang mag-enroll sa loob ng 90 araw mula sa pagpaparehistro sa BIR.
âś… Mag-enroll din sa eFPS at dumalo sa kinakailangang orientation.
âś… Ang mga Notary Public ay kailangang magkaroon ng sariling eDST account at i-update ang kanilang taxpayer classification.
âś… I-report agad sa BIR Contact Center ang mga problema sa system at humingi ng Trouble Ticket Number (TTN).
âś… Ang hindi pag-enroll sa itinakdang panahon ay maaaring magresulta sa kaukulang penalties at sanctions.
